What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept many forms of payment including cash, cashier's check, money order, credit and debit cards.

Do you require a deposit for my order?

Yes, we require a deposit of 50% when the order is placed, and the balance is due prior to the delivery of the order.

What is the size of a standard business card?

The size of a standard business car is 2 x 3.5".

How much bleed or what is bleed on a design?

Bleed should be at least 0.125". A design with bleed is a design with the background color going all the way to the edge(s). For example, in order to design a business card with bleeds on all 4 sides, the background of the business card should be extended 0.125" all around, making the background 2.25 x 3.75". The texts, on the other hand, have to be 0.125" inside the cutting line all around, so the area for texts is 1.875 x 3.375".

Can we write on UV coated materials?

No, normally not with regular pens. Permanent markers can be used on most UV coated surfaces.

What file format do you accept?

We accept a wide variety of formats, including PDF, Corel DRAW, TIFF, JPEG, PHOTOSPHOP...

If I don't have a design, can you create one for me?

Yes, we can. Please contact us with your specifications, and we will gladly give you an estimate and produce a design just for you.

How do I cancel my order?

In the event that you have to cancel your order, please call to let us know immediately. There is no cancellation fee it the project has not been started. If the custom design is complete, you only have to pay for the design. There is no refund made on order that is in printing or has been completed.

Can I get the exact color as that of my sample?

Not all the times. Whether with digital or offset printing, the colors can vary due to the fact that they are created on different machines at different times. The colors are the mixtures of CMYK colors, so they are as close as possible or very similar, but often not exactly the same.
